Good Apartment, Minimal Cons

Pros:
Landlord is very responsive.
Pest control visits bi-monthly. I had no issues with bugs or rats.
Hallways/stairs get cleaned weekly.
Super is on-site.
Cons:
Though super is on-site, it was a little difficult at times to get a hold of them.

average walk up. rent pretty cheap for most of the city. not many complaints. would recommend this place if you dont need certain amenities
Cons:
no laundry in unit. walk up with no doorman. neighbors play loud music
