    Standard prewar building, good spot

    Pros:
    Good management
    Responsive/no large maintenance issues
    Lived here 2yr
    Cons:
    Bit overpriced but thats just HK in general
    Older building so you get what comes with that (older build, less energy efficiency, etc...)
