We Got Lucky

Pros

Our super in this building is great and always willing to help us out. The apartment is also fully renovated clean, and feels well maintained. My roommates and I received a rent increase that we found to be reasonable, especially considering the crazy market. The hallway and stairs are cleaned every once in a while, and the place felt clean when we moved in.

Cons

The area isn’t the best as it’s across the street from the Skyline Hotel which has been a homeless shelter on and off since covid.

Finishes are nice (W/D, dishwasher, bathroom showers)

Cons

The building was poorly finished and is incredibly drafty. The heating and cooling only works somewhat
