Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 725 9th Avenue in Manhattan highlight significant issues with cleanliness, garbage management, heating, pests, and unresponsive management. The building is described as dark, with mail theft problems. However, some residents appreciate the responsiveness of the owners and the convenient location near amenities, despite noise from bars. Still, a serious mice infestation, urine by mailboxes, and landlord neglect are major drawbacks. The superintendents are mentioned for their kindness but lack proper maintenance skills. Overall, the building is advised against due to poor management and living conditions, despite potentially attractive rental prices.
