Building itself was beautiful. The exposed brick was nice.
Appliances aren’t great. Leaky ceiling. During the summer, the apartment gets extremely hot. Had a few mice and cockroaches. Also, bedbugs were brought into the apartment from the basement. The apartment and basement were treated, but we definitely had issues.
