Ya Ever Get Ghosted By Your Property Management Company?

Pros:
The building is an excellent location, with so much natural light. Most of the time it’s a safe neighborhood, and rarely do packages get stolen. Around the corner from a library, walkable to a Target and grocery store.
Cons:
The property management company. They’re unresponsive, ignore tenant needs, and do not fix things on time. There are several fines and court orders against the building because of their mismanagement of the garbage.
Advice to owner:
Be responsive to your renters. Come fix things, make sure the appliances are maintained, and take care of the waste.
