    Great except for mice and water pressure

    Pros:
    Convenient location, quiet building, generally felt new, landlord fairly responsive.
    Cons:
    We had a mouse problem but the super tried to fix it, though it took a couple of different visits to find the entry points. Water pressure in shower was so weak (though sinks were fine); went to gym to shower.
    Advice to owner:
    Please try to fix the shower water pressure!
