Everything you need is literally all around you. Coffee, bars, restaurants, hardware stores. Nice sized apartments with dishwasher, good water pressure in bathroom,

Cons

Not a ton of natural light in common areas and some bedrooms can get depressing. Mold scare. Gotta be safe in some of these older NY apartments.
