    i am very honest
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    my neighbors are VERY nice . Great area always alive . 24hours stores .
    Cons:
    garbage in the bottom of the staircase stinks up the whole building.
    They do not clean the floor at all , always dirty , they only mop the first floor
    Advice to owner:
    open line would be great , the building responsibility falls on everyone in the. building , perhaps treating everyone like human being would be awesome. The heat sucks , and i do not know after 4 years in the building who is the
