Clean and Quiet!

Pros:
The building is very well maintained and the landlord and super are very responsive. All the apartments are upgraded and have exposed brick which make them esthetically pleasing!
Cons:
Our rent was raised $1200 in two years.

The building is very well maintained and the super and landlord are very responsive! The apartments are all upgraded with new features and exposed brick which makes the units very esthetically pleasing.

The rent went up significantly in 2 years.
