Fine apartment except for thin walls
Pros
Most apartments have nice features (high ceilings, wood beams, nice floors) Trash managed very well by super Never a problem getting a washing machine Exterminator once a month Generally friendly neighbors
Cons
SUPER THIN WALLS— you can hear normal volume conversations word-for-word. Enough to not rent, particularly if WFH or not single. Super not in building, despite that being advertised Back apartments view is 100% occupied by a metal wall from the storage unit behind Upper floors get hotter than normal in both summer/winter Some noisy neighbors (piano, violin, furniture dragging on top floor)
