    Pros:
    Never had any bugs or rodents
    Maintenance and super are great
    Felt safe
    Pretty quiet
    Cons:
    Not many: No view, No dishwasher
    Upstairs neighbor would throw cigarette on our A/C unit which would create a stench but it was not often and probably no longer lives there anymore
