It was fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gorgeous arches in the apartment. The wood floor was soft and nice to walk on barefoot. Video intercom is nice to have.
Cons:
No elevator. Old appliances. When I toured the apartment I was told that a broken range hood fan above the stove would be fixed. It never was. The shower pressure was terrible; I had to replace the shower head myself. There was only one washer and dryer, and they were coin operated. Sometimes the washer didn’t accept coins properly. I left the apartment better than I found it, but the new landlord who bought it during my tenancy took $1100 of my deposit anyway.
