Not the most ideal place to live

Pros:
Close to many restaurants
Cons:
A bit of a walking distance to nearest metro and neighborhood doesn’t feel safe or clean . Also no washer/dryer onsite so you have to go to the laundromat
Advice to owner:
Repaint the walls and renovate some of the interior to make it a bit more bearable

Great apartments, lackluster common spaces

Pros:
-The apartment that I moved into itself was highly renovated and very clean.
-The building has very low rents and is rent stabilized
Cons:
-The common spaces like hallways, while currently being redone, are somewhat dirty and are not in great shape.
-Walk-up without in-building laundry, far from the nearest subway and very noisy in the units.
-The management company has barely responded to my many calls. Subleasing with them has been a nightmare.
