Great building, negligent management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is in a great location and the tenants who have been here for a long time are great.
Cons:
New management took over in 2024 and are negligent and non communicative when it comes to addressing issues on their end. They insist that basic repairs are not their responsibility. However, if the rent is even a day late, expect late fees, phone calls, constant text messages and emails.
Advice to owner:
Go back to the old management
