    Combative Super and Bad Management

    Pros:
    Convenient location, units are modern/updated. Has all the in-unit amenities you’d want.
    Cons:
    Super verbally harassed and swore at me after raising an urgent issue where water was leaking out my fuse box and lights.
    Management does not respond and does not care for the property; inadequate trash facilities, trash accumulation, dirt.
    No hot water for over 24hrs with no communication by management.
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of Migdal Management 2010 LLC
