Not the best.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable, decent space & updated security intercom.
Cons:
Management is always behind even when something major happens in your unit. Will not follow up on requests/maintenance. Pretty sure renters airbnb units. You can hear everyone! Oh and they increased rent last year in the middle of a pandemic.
Advice to owner:
Follow up with tenants even if it's not an emergency request!
