Decent Building for Price

Pros:
Pest problems have seemingly disappeared in recent years and owners are very responsive. Garbage is taken out regularly
Cons:
There have been several water pressure issues over the years though the building usually fixes within a couple days. Serious rat problem a few years ago but haven’t seen any in about 2 years. Entryway and basement always pretty dirty but improved from recent years.
Advice to owner:
More thorough cleaning of the lobby, basement, and roof common areas would go a long way
