Pros
Heater is the only one thing works normal
Cons
We struggled with the mouse problem for 10 months. The landlord did everything to avoid drilling holes in the wall. Nobody wants to live with 20 mice and rat . This building does not have livable living standards.
Advice to the owners
Remember that your tenants are human. Reply to certified mails. no one is responsible for losing their health with your unethical behavior. no one should stay in a house with rat and insect problems, no heating water and 24/7 boiler noise.
