Great Location Okay Landlords

Location is perfect, washer dryer is usually available

Cons

Washer dryer is not maintained well - dirty and lots of hair. building can get very hot in the winter and its very loud ambient sound

Easy living. No issues.

Pros

The building is quiet and well maintained. The property management company is not as responsive as I would prefer but they do respond & send someone out. However, that person doesn’t always seem to know what they are doing. The elevator has never been broken. I have had zero issues living here. Very basic, easy, quiet building

Cons

Packages ALWAYS get stolen! You have no control over the heat & it is hot! Sometimes the property management company doesn’t respond so I have to email a few times. But they are pretty good for NYC standards.

Virtual doorman would be VERY helpful!
