Great building, got a really good deal on the apartment at the time because of the pandemic

Not much to not like, great for the price, well located.

Good location very close to Central Park and multiple subway lines. Pretty quiet for Manhattan. Laundry in basement.
Cons:
Most apartments view is a brick wall. Lincoln Center can be hectic. Front door is rarely locked.
