    Well maintained old building with excellent management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great appliances and well-functioning kitchen setup
    Huge windows that bring in tons of natural light
    Good water pressure and reliable plumbing
    Well-maintained prewar charm with clean common areas
    Quiet block close to Central Park
    Never had anything stolen from the lobby
    Cons:
    - The staircase/common stairwell hasn’t been updated in a long time, but it’s honestly fine since most of the building upgrades seem focused on the apartments
    - The heat can get very strong on the upper floors, and we’ve had to turn off some radiators
    - The buzzer/intercom system is extremely old and hard to hear - it mostly sounds like static
