Avoid living in this nightmare building

Pros:
Accesible transportation, centric and beautiful area.
Cons:
Rat-infested, management had an attitude, no heating, an old kitchen, the moldings were collapsing, so was the staircase to the actual building and the manager and his workers sexually harassed women. Not even mentioning the fact, that the real estate agent was rude and condescending.
Advice to owner:
Don't be a slum lord

Pros:
A good location, nice layout and light in one bedroom
Cons:
Unresponsive management and super, dealt with multiple bed bug issues. Unit was not properly heated and the problem was never resolved. As low as 53 degrees at night as there was only one heater in a back bedroom for a 2 bedroom apartment.
