    Great apartment UWS
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    -rent stabilized
    -bigger sized studio
    -lots of storage
    Cons:
    -my upstairs neighbor stomps a lot but I think that’s just my experience
    -landlord takes a few calls to get ahold of
