Awful Managing Agent - AKAM

Pros:
Location, nice doormen
Cons:
AKAM managing agent and dismissive Bd. AKAM takes FOREVER to respond - so if owner wants to rent or do alterations, unless u r on the Bd, AKAM will ignore you!
Advice to owner:
Get a new managing agent!
