It's fine - nothing great or well-maintained, but fine.
Common areas are dirty. Landlords refused to do anything about a repeated stolen packages problem.
I liked the small neighborhood feel of our little building. The tenants were friendly. The location was amazing.
The shape of the 2 bedroom I lived in was extremely odd and didn't make sense for us in the long term.
