Pros:
Nice building, with updated appliances in my unit. Can't beat the location,
Cons:
Only complaint was hearing the neighbor above, but that's to be expected. Made sure my next apt was top floor because it's something that bothers me, though my partner tuned it out. No noise from the adjoining walls or below. Just above.
