Lovely building on UWS

Pros

Very well kept building inside and outside, trash area kept clean and maintained. No pest control issues.

Cons

Overall building is well maintained and super is responsive, however when there was a leak in the roof no action was taken despite issue being reported for several months, until leak became more severe. This was the only issue I encountered there.
