    Beautiful Building, Awful Management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Superintendents are fantastic, the lobby is beautiful, the windows are shockingly soundproof, the prewar features are gorgeous.
    Cons:
    The owners are entirely unresponsive to emails and don't even list a phone number on their website. There has been scaffolding in front of the building for 3-4 years and not one day of work has been completed. The owners do not care.
