Old but spacious. Only rent if you really care about space

Pros:
Very sunny, very high ceilings, quite spacious.
Cons:
Very old apartment that has lots of little issues. Water doesn't drain quickly, water temperature levels are uneven, random noises from pipes.
Advice to owner:
Spend some money updating apartment and it would be great.
