    Renter beware

    Pros:
    The apartment itself was very spacious relative to the cost
    Cons:
    Everything else. Landlord lives in building and still will not fix anything. When we moved in, the place was disgusting. Dead roaches, dirt and dust in every room.

    Prepare to freeze in the winter, the landlord does not turn the heat on.
