    Cons:
    Lots of plumbing issues, only 1 washer/dryer shared by 3 buildings

    - Landlord is relatively responsive to issues
    - The super, Angela, is nice
    - Good location
    - Neighbors friendly and relatively quiet
    Cons:
    - Pretty old and showing its age
    - Landlord has let parts of the unit fall into disrepair
    - Lots of ants
