Pros:
Location next to subway, parks, restaurants, banks, grocery store. Super responds fast when needed
Cons:
Issues with water bugs - bldg would be near perfect if this was under control. Two elevators - sometimes 1x is down but the wait it never too long

Old, not well kept in certain areas of apartment No regular cleanings in public spaces Elevator breaks often and parts are rare so they said it took weeks to ship

Don’t keep increasing rent so much (only specific individual owners)
