    Pretty building, great area

    Pros:
    Fantastic access to subway
    Cons:
    Super almost never to be found.
    A couple of very disrespectful neighbors, kept taking trash out on Christmas Day and New Years or leaving huge pizza boxes in front of our windows right after the garbage truck had just left.
