Mostly nice, but the neighbors
Pros
Great location, reasonably priced, space is used efficiently in apartments.
Cons
noise. There is a tenant who screams blood-curdling screams for hours a day at all hours of the day because it is "therapeutic." It disrupts our days, it's disturbing. She can control it. Tenants in this building and others call the police and 311 almost every day. Management does nothing, I've been here for two years and this is every day.
Advice to the owners
Evict the screaming tenant.
