Great location, not so great building

Pros:
Very convenient location to shops, restaurants, subway, grocery. Doormen are great, very helpful. Apartments typically have great space.
Cons:
Lot of street noise, bad roach problem (apparently much of the building, not just my unit), mice, noise from businesses below (Joe and the Juice). Apartments need to be updated, holes in walls under cabinets and around the kitchen, most, if not all the interior doors don't close properly, the heat is way too hot during winter. It's a prewar building that has probably been a little neglected. Owners do not respond for weeks.
Advice to owner:
Respond to requests in a timely manner and fix the roach problem!

Great location, good space, decent building

Pros:
Perfect location, really nice doormen
Cons:
Roaches, issues with loud businesses on 1st floor, a lot of building work being done.
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive, respond quicker and more efficiently to requests.
