The only and I mean absolutely only positive thing about this building is the friendly neighbors. The management is a complete mess. They are unresponsive, careless, and disregard all lease provisions.
Cons:
Spotted rodents and cockroaches multiple times. Owner does not pay for exterminator to seal holes so mice problem is fairly persistent. Constant construction without permits and warning. You will be constantly coming home with no idea what construction ground you will be walking over to reach your door. So noisy during the day I could not work from my apartment.
Advice to owner:
Deal with rodent issue properly instead of just using poison. Hire staff to properly manage buildings.
