Brusco building - bad management

Renovated updated apartments on a pretty block
Cons
When rents dropped so did the quality of new tenants. Loud disrespectful neighbors. Landlord generally unresponsive. Repairs ate not taken care of quickly. Building was without gas/heat at the end of winter for four months and no concessions were made.
Advice to the owners
Treat tenants like they are more than just anonymous numbers and they would be more likely to stay with less turnover. Office should be more responsive and communication more streamlined between management and tenants. Update to electronic payment and repair/complaint system so that tenants know their issues have been noted and will be addressed/repaired.
