Spacious, Well-Maintained Units w Responsive Staff, Minor Infrastructure Hiccups
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments and studios are simple but spacious with a good layout. They are generally well-maintained and building maintenance people are very quick to respond and solve any issues. There is a small gym at ground floor (free). Doormen and building staff are great.
Cons:
Hallways are pretty basic and could be cleaned more often. Intermittent issues with AC and water supply (although usually solved pretty quickly).

Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are respectful
Cons:
Hallways could look less like a hospital. Facade work is annoying.
