• Laundry rooms have few machines • Area is fine, just be aware you are right across some housing projects • Apartments are TINY. Shoebox style living • Bathtub required resurfacing as it was falling apart. Smell did not go away for a couple days • Heater rarely worked

Rennovate the units. They're old! And add more laundry machines.
