Thin walls, and huge gaps under the doorway or bedrooms

Nice supers and are generally nice and helpful.
Cons:
Noise from upstair neighbors through squeaky floors and things moving, noise from roommates because of thin walls and the large gaps under the doorways, and noise from the hallway can easily be heard in the living room.kitchen

Great location, didn't need to worry about heating during the winter.
Cons:
The apartments get unbelievably hot during the summer. Management is not responsive and frequently sends incorrect information via email, sometimes even to the wrong tenants.

It's an ok building

There is laundry in building but the dryers don't work too well.
Cons:
The rooms are very small and not well lit. Perfect for a person just moving to the city but I couldn't stay there very long.

Decent place to live if you need to be in the area

Took care of pests, responsive to emails most of the time
Cons:
Extensive water damage in apartment and did not receive rent compensation
Advice to owner:
You should tell your tenants if there is work being done in the apartment above you and may cause inconveniences such as water leaking through the ceiling and water damage in the bathroom
