Well located...that's about it.

Cons

I would HIGHLY recommend NOT living here. One of the tenants is aggressive and made my friend's life hell when she lived here. He was up all hours of the night doing construction and then threatened her repeatedly. She had to move out to preserve her safety. The landlord was not understanding and did nothing to help the situation.

- great location - hallway got cleaned once a week

Cons

- only one washer in the basement.. it will stain your laundry more than cleaning it.. multiple tenants are having this issue.. little has been done by the landlord - smart energy efficient heat pump = no heat during 2 to 4 am.. - no lock on garbage cans.. expect to hear homeless dig the trash anytime of the day
