Seems to be recently rennovated, never saw any pests and the building is pretty well kept / maintained
Cons:
Some noise leaks through units but minimal compared to other places I've lived. Heat gets quite pricey and hot water runs out after 10-15 min showers. Management less responsive to minor requests
