easy and comfortable living
Pros
Quiet, especially for living on 72nd street, felt safe, cute and comfortable apartment, good light. Super was responsive.
Cons
Some of the upkeep and maintenance in bathroom and kitchen could have been better.

Great building & location
Pros
Loved living here -- great super who is so attentive and the location is unbelievable! The building is smaller so there aren't many neighbors which I preferred.
Cons
The units themselves are very old and quite dirty. I saw roaches several times & had a mice scare a couple times but after taking care of food storage that was resolved in the apartment.
Advice to the owners
Renovate/Update the kitchen and bathrooms again -- they're pretty old
