Renters approve of the building's owners
In renovated apartments, finishes are very nice. Bathrooms especially, including decent shower pressure/ hot water. Neighbors almost all friendly and considerate.
Not very solidly constructed - ceilings/floors and walls are thin, with lots of noise conduction between apartments above and below. Basement services can break down and take some time to get fixed. But this has gotten better over the past few years.
