completely unresponsive management, building-wide mice and roach infestations, frequent package theft, brown water from faucets, mold all throughout apartments and building

Pros
Generally clean. Trash area cleaned regularly.
Cons
Building is falling apart and they don’t fix the root causes. They’ve had water leaks and crumbling walls/bricks, structural damage showing in most apts, burst pipes. No laundry, old intercom system, no amenities of any kind
Advice to the owners
Need to invest in your drainage and building structure eventually. Will have mold issues
