We love Level Club

Pros:
best nyc unit we’ve had by FAR - amazing community and our landlord is the sweetest - the nicest doormen - amazing water pressure, central AC, cleanliness, etc - dog friendly and friendly dogs in the building (except 1…) - we are just so happy to be here
Cons:
- windows are huge so ac bill a bit steep in the summer - our unit faces 73rd so a bit of noise when there’s construction or a car blocks the road and everyone honks - elevators work but they’ve been replacing 1 out of 3 for a while and it’s expected to take a bit longer. still don’t have to wait more than a minute for an elevator but defs was better when there were 3
