    Location is great. Neighbors are nice. The staff is very responsive and helpful.

    Beautiful apartment, wonderful neighbors, nice building
    Cons:
    Living here was a mess. Constant issues with HVAC because of how stupid the system they installed is. Everything was falling apart within less than a year.

    Maintain your building better
