Love this building

Pros:
Neighbors are great. Owners are responsive and helpful.
Cons:
The super is non existent. Will not answer his texts, calls or voicemails. The common areas (lobby and stairwells) are never, ever mopped or cleaned.
Advice to owner:
Get the super to do his job and keep up the building properly. Otherwise you are great!

Nice location on the UWS. That is where the pros end.
Cons:
Can’t get ahold of building manager. They blame everything on you. Building owner just as rude.
