    The super is very responsive and the building is clean with good noise insulation between units.
    Cons:
    Some outdated amenities.

    Pros:
    Management was responsive and helpful, space is clean, super is very responsive. Great renovated space.
    Cons:
    Heat is not strong enough in the winters due to the windows and there is a lot of dust trapped in the vents.
