- Helpful super and attentive management - Apartments are renovated and the basic things are done so well – good appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, in-unit laundry - Spacious apartments with tons of storage - Little details – modern ceiling light fixtures with dimmers, sink grid in the kitchen sink, outlets every 4-5 feet, working fireplace - Floors/ceilings are well-insulated to noise - Couple blocks to the 79 St 1 station, and walkable to 72 St express station - Quiet street right next to Riverside park
I've resided at a few brownstone properties on the UWS and dealt with different types of landlords – there are a LOT of terribly maintained brownstones, a few decent ones with the bare minimum amenities, and then there's this rare breed of UWS brownstone with spacious, renovated apartments and management who care about you. If you have the means, don't think twice!
